  • Klaviyo vs Mailchimp?

    Mailchimp for general business email. Klaviyo for commerce. It knows what an order is, what a product is, what abandonment means. The data model is the difference.

  • Can you integrate Klaviyo with Magento or Shopify?

    Yes. Shopify integration is native. Magento integration usually goes through Klaviyo's connector or a custom event push. Other platforms through API.

What's the typical engagement?

A discovery week to map your customer lifecycle and identify flow opportunities. Then two to six weeks to set up tracking, design flows, and ship. After that, ongoing optimisation.
