Components is a Hyvä-based theme plus a library of supporting modules for Magento 2 storefronts. It packages the storefront patterns that come up on every commerce project (product listings, filtering, PDP enhancements, checkout polish, admin tooling) into reusable, brand-customisable pieces.
We use Components in production on our own client builds. Starting a new Magento storefront from it (rather than from a vanilla Hyvä install) saves weeks of work that would otherwise be spent re-implementing the same patterns.

I already have a Magento store. Can Components be installed on it?
Yes. We often take over Magento stores running into problems and (sometimes after a cleanup) install Components. Even on a healthy store, switching to Components is worthwhile if you want a faster, easier-to-maintain frontend.
