What BlueConnect does

BlueConnect is the production-ready integration between Visma.net ERP and Magento 2 (Open Source and Adobe Commerce). It keeps product data, pricing, inventory, customer accounts, orders, and invoice status in sync between the two systems on a flexible mapping engine.

Built for growing ecommerce businesses, BlueConnect automates the data flows that are most error-prone when handled manually: product attributes, stock levels across warehouses, customer-specific pricing, and order-to-invoice round-trips.

Data flows

Products: titles, SKUs, EANs, categories, dimensions, supplier data, and configurable attributes flow from Visma.net into Magento. Field selection and mapping are configurable per store.
Inventory: real-time stock updates across single or multi-warehouse setups. Reserved stock, safety thresholds, and warehouse-specific rules respected.
Pricing: customer-specific price lists, contract prices, volume discounts, and promotional pricing pulled from Visma.net into Magento. B2B-grade scenarios supported.

Orders: when an order is placed in Magento, it pushes into Visma.net with matched customer records, order lines, tax, shipping, and payment. Status updates (shipped, invoiced, partial) flow back to Magento.

Logging: every sync job, payload, and status is logged. Troubleshooting and audit are first-class concerns, not afterthoughts.

Built to extend, not rebuild

BlueConnect runs on a flexible mapping engine, not hardcoded scripts. When systems or business rules change (a new ERP module, an Open Source to Adobe Commerce upgrade, a B2B pricing model adjustment), you change the mapping. The integration layer does not need to be rebuilt.

Subscription covers the integration engine, updates, and SLA support. Setup is scoped per merchant to map the specific Visma.net configuration and Magento storefront.

Bidirectional automated flow: orders push to Visma.net, inventory and products sync to Magento, invoices and accounting flow back to Visma.net, payments and refunds sync both ways, and customer data stays aligned.
How much do we need to build ourselves?

How long does setup take?

Standard integrations go live quickly. Custom integrations depend on the APIs and business rules involved. We are happy to provide a free technical assessment.

What happens if I change ERP or upgrade Magento later?

You change the mapping. The integration layer itself stays intact. Going from Magento Open Source to Adobe Commerce, or swapping out an ERP module, does not mean rebuilding the integration.
