Babycare serves first-time parents who shop in short, time-pressured windows. The team needed a partner to keep Magento 2 running, evolve the storefront, and ship UX improvements without disrupting the operations behind it.
Steady UX work and new features, in production
Took over development, support, and hosting of the Magento 2 store. Built a points-based loyalty programme. Redesigned the storefront in pieces: PDP, checkout, account, so each shipped without disrupting the rest.
Set up a continuous cadence of UX work: smaller iterations on conversion-sensitive pages, larger redesigns where the existing experience held the team back. New features rolled out alongside the steady improvements, sized to the team's operational rhythm.
A partnership that grew with them
