Context

Operators running individual parking lots, with fragmented tools

Byr operates parking across Norway through a network of independent operators running individual lots. Those operators were managing rate plans, payments, capacity, and customer disputes through a fragmented stack: spreadsheets, multiple admin tools, and manual coordination with Byr central.

What we did

A single admin UI for parking-lot operators

Built the admin UI parking-lot operators use day to day. Operator dashboards, rate-plan management, payment routing, customer-service workflows, reporting. Designed the system architecture behind it so the platform can extend as Byr adds services.

The platform has grown with continuous improvements as the operations team surfaces new gaps. New tooling lands in the same admin instead of becoming another disconnected tab.
