A carrier orchestration platform with a third-party checkout problem

nShift is one of the largest carrier orchestration platforms in the Nordics. Their Magento merchants needed a checkout experience that surfaces every carrier and delivery option with the speed and clarity of native Magento UI. The existing options were third-party iframes glued in: slow to load, visually inconsistent, and a drop-off risk at the worst moment in the funnel.

What we did

Built the official Magento module in partnership with nShift

Inline carrier and delivery selection, pickup point map, time-window options, and label generation. The checkout step looks and behaves like part of Magento, not a bolt-on. Configurable per merchant and per market.
